Each of our HSE Dressings will work best when treating more severe wounds, where there is a higher degree of bleeding.
Our HSE Dressings come in 12cm x 12cm and 18cm x 18cm sizes. You can also use these dressings to refill the HSE First Aid Kit that we have available. The Dressings work by being placed over a wound, alongside a Conforming Bandage, as the Bandage holds the dressing in place, and in turn, give you a more secure hold on a wound. The HSE Dressings are best used on larger or more serious wounds, due to the big size of each Dressing, and its material being both sterile and non-adherent.
